What are chakras - body candles
SOMO® Body candles are an old and at the same time revived energetic form of therapy. On all levels one achieves the harmonization of body, mind and soul.
For millennia, the burning flame of fire helps us cleanse and clear the aura. The application recommendation of the SOMO® PREMIUM body candles is very simple!
All you need is a glass or bowl of water, a cotton cloth and a helper.
Choose the color according to your feeling, color chakras or other teachings. Lie down comfortably and relaxed, massage the desired area with circular movements and then place a cotton cloth on it. Then the assistant lights the SOMO® Chakras - Body Candle at the frayed end. The other end is placed on the desired part of the body.
Now let the candle burn down to about 6 cm and extinguish the rest in the water provided. As the candle burns down, there is an increasing warming effect and a pleasant, comforting body sensation spreads.
Through the skin, this heat is directed specifically to the appropriate chakras and internal organs. To balance the body, it is recommended to ensure sufficient hydration.
It proves beneficial if you take some time to rest and relax after each application.

Shining yellow like the sun, the sight of a rapeseed field warms us. Rapeseed is said to have an anti-irritant effect. Many centuries ago, this natural product was used for therapeutic purposes, but over time this has been forgotten.
